Terms and conditions are usually written to protect companies from customers. Mine are written to protect both of us and set clear expectations. No sneaky clauses, no confusing legal jargon�just fair terms for working together.
The Services
I provide digital services including:
- Website design and development
- AI content creation (images, videos)
- Digital marketing and advertising
- Professional training programs
How We Work Together
- Clear Communication: I'll keep you updated on progress and respond promptly
- Revisions Included: I won't consider a project done until you're satisfied
- No Surprises: Any changes to scope or pricing will be discussed first
- Realistic Timelines: I'll give you honest delivery dates and stick to them
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to start most projects
- Final payment due upon project completion
- Monthly services billed in advance
- Payment plans available for larger projects
What I Need From You
- Clear project requirements and feedback
- Timely responses to questions
- Content, images, or materials when needed
- Payment according to agreed terms
If Things Go Wrong
I'm confident in my work, but if something isn't right:
- Tell me what's wrong�I'll fix it at no charge
- If we can't agree, we'll work out a fair solution
- No project is final until you're satisfied
Intellectual Property
Once you've paid in full, you own your website, content, and materials. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio (unless we agree otherwise).
