I'm not very "techy." Will I be lost working with you?
Nope. I explain things in plain language, send video walkthroughs if needed, and never bury you in jargon. Think of me as your tech translator�I make complicated stuff sound simple because it should be!
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. I believe in earning your business through results, not trapping you with contracts. Most projects are one-time builds, and if you want ongoing support, we can do month-to-month arrangements. No long-term commitment required�your satisfaction is what keeps us working together.
What if my budget is small?
I work with all kinds of budgets! I can break projects into phases, start with a simple solution and build on it, or suggest alternatives that get you 80% of the results for 50% of the cost. Good design shouldn't be a luxury�let's find a way that works for you.
What happens if I don't like the design or campaign?
We'll fix it. I include revisions in my process because getting it right is more important than getting it done quickly. If we're completely off track, I'd rather start over than deliver something you're not proud to show off. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable.
Do you only work with certain industries?
Nope! I've worked with restaurants, fashion stores, event planners, consultants, online shops, service businesses�you name it. Good design principles work across industries, and I adapt my approach to what makes sense for your specific business and customers.
Do you offer one-time services, or is it only monthly plans?
Both! Many clients just need a website built once and they're good to go. Others prefer ongoing support for content updates, SEO tweaks, or monthly social media management. We can work however makes most sense for your business�no forced monthly subscriptions here.
What if I don't like the website you make?
Then we keep working until you do! I include revisions in my projects because your satisfaction matters more than my convenience. If something's not working, let's figure out why and fix it. I'd rather take extra time to get it right than deliver something you're not excited to share with the world.
